One thing I think I have never written here is that I am a big fan of car races in general, and more especifically of Formula 1! I probably have "learnt" that influenced by my sister and my nephew (who is 26 also), both of them much more fans than I am. And, of course, in Brazil we had Senna, and it was impossible not to follow F1...
Today another Formula 1 GP happened, this time in San Marino. In the previous three races of the season, Renault has dominated, winning all of the races, two times with Fernando Alonso and one with Giancarlo Fisichella. Despite of the fact I'm in Italy now, I am very happy with the fact that Ferrari is not winning this year, since in the last few years the F1 has been being extremely boring (maybe nort for Germans and Italians, but...).
Since we don't have any hope that "Rubinho" is going to threat Schumacher, I've been supporting different drivers, like Villeneuve and Montoya, who have a very agressive way of driving I like. And in the case of Montoya, he is also a South American, etc, etc... But since Montoya, at least by now, has not being competitive, I was looking for someone to support. And after seeing the GP today, I've found him: Alonso!
Making a long story short, in the last thirteen laps he was able to keep "Schumi" behind him, in a very fair way, and got his third victory in 4 races. He is young, a future (present?) promise, and Spain is a nice country. Getting everything together, is a nice guy to support! Summing up, maybe it will be funny again to watch TV in the sunday afternoon (ok, in Brazil were sunday mornings, but the world cannot be perfect...).
